Not everyone’s a workaholic. Obviously. It then follows that not everyone will be spending lunch time at work. It follows further that hardly anyone will be available for any sales calls at lunch time. This is the lesson I had to learn while walking under the scorching heat, toolkit in one hand, and promotional materials on the other, while everyone else was either having lunch or preparing lunch. Obviously. It was twelve noon.
The good news is, I’m going to save myself from countless hours of wasted time by simply not doing this in the future. The other good news is, it only took me one hour to learn this. So when in doubt, eat lunch during lunch time, like everyone else does.
