Just something I wanted to keep here for future reference. This is a little line from Disney and Pixar’s new animated film Soul. If you haven’t seen it yet, I suggest that you do. It’s a great, fresh take on passion, purpose, and and the point of living.
This is the fish story:
I heard this story about a fish, he swims up to an older fish and says:
“I’m trying to find this thing they call the ocean.”
“The ocean?” the older fish says, “that’s what you’re in right now.”
“This”, says the young fish, “this is water. What I want is the ocean!”
How many times have we found ourselves as that younger fish?
